Little Kicker

Baby was kicking up a storm a few minutes ago. Even her Daddy got a good piece of the action. I've been feeling her kick since like 14 weeks and Tim's felt her a few times since about 15 weeks.
But tonight she's got little kangaroo legs.

Our fun Saturday

We slept in and had a slow relaxed morning. Then we went to the park to feed the ducks. Too bad a Canadian goose chased all the ducks away and ate all our bread. But Mina still had fun throwing bread at him. After our bread was gone Mina started walking like a duck and then we saw 10 little ducklings which Mina liked a lot. We also walked by the dog park and got to pet 3 dogs. After we said good-bye to the dogs we went to the playground and played until Mina had to go potty. The potty all the way across a picnic area and tennis courts. Great set up. So Mommy had to run while carrying her to get there in time. That's my exercise for the week. After the park we went to Nana and Papa's to hang out.

It's a GIRL!!!

We had our ultrasound today and it looks like we're having another girl. She wasn't very cooperative (just like her big sister) but the tech says he was 85% sure. I guess it's a good thing we kept all of Mina's old stuff.
I was honestly a little disappointed that we're not having a boy. I kinda hoped that we would be done after this baby. But after looking at some of Mina's old clothes, I'm a little more excited about having another girl. I love some of her little itty bitty clothes. Sooooo cute!

It's a girl.

Little feet

When we got back the sprinklers were on in front of our apartment and Mina really wanted to go out and run in them. So she went out and run with the other kids.

Easter 2009

We had a nice Easter. Mina woke up and open her Easter basket. Ate some candy. I finished the cake for my great grandma's 97th b-day. We went to my Aunt Holly's for the party. My grandma got Mina and Easter basket with a toothbrush instead of candy. Then we went to Nana and Papa's for dinner, another basket and an Easter egg hunt with Andrew. It was a tiring but fun filled day.

A real tea party & 15 weeks

Today we had a tea party! We made some yummy scones and used our fancy teacups. It was lots of fun. Mina ate almost an entire scone all by herself. Daddy had some tea and scones when he got home too. Then we cleaned the house like crazy and now it almost sparkles. I don't know how it gets soooo dirty soooo fast. I think it has something to to with a certain little someone who doesn't pick up her toys or trash.I'm 15 weeks preggo now. Baby is softball sized and if you took and x-ray you could see it's little bones.

Baby Clower's new pics

It's Baby Clower! These are from last Friday when we went to the doctor. She was trying to listen to the heart with the little hand held thingie but baby kept moving around. So she brought out the ultra sound machine so she didn't have to keep chasing it. And I figured since the machine was out I might as well ask for some pics. =]

14 weeks and an organized tea party

14 weeks today. Baby is the size of my fist, and I have big hands. Lol. Everything is good though. 19 days until our ultrasound. Not that we're counting or anything.Mind you this picture was taken after dinner.

Mina and I took a walk this morning. It was nice. She was being very sweet this morning. She kept giving me hugs while we were cleaning. Oh, so I've good like completely crazy cleaning. Last night I picked up a laundry basket of Mina's toys in our bedroom and a basket of recycling. Okay so I'm not the best housekeeper but there are just a million things I'd rather do than pick-up after everyone. So today I went to Target and bought a toy shelf for all of her stuff. (I almost ordered it from Target.com because they said it wasn't available in stores. Lairs! Luckily I was talking to my Grandma Kay, who used to work at Target, and she saved the day and saved me $28. Thanks Grams!)I got one that she can reach easily and I'm going to put pictures on the outside of the bins so she can see where her toys need to go when they get put away. Already our living room is A LOT less cluttered. Yay me. So far she likes to take out her toys but we are still having problems putting them back. I'll give it a couple days.

So while I was making dinner Mina wanted me to have a tea party with her. Since I was busy I sent Rabby, Bear and Lion in my place. She was probably more excited to have tea with them then so would have been if I had had time for tea.
We had super yummy homemade pizza for dinner. I was totally inspired by Elena's pizza the other day. I made a chicken, bacon, green onion, and artichoke heart with a ranch cream sauce and pepperoni, salami and bacon. They were delish!
Tim was serenading me with Jimi's "Hear my train comin'" while I was downloading pics and starting this blog post. Mina decided to be a little naked koala and cling to his back.
Have a great night (or day) everyone! XO
