Bonfante Gardens

We had a super fun day today. Theresa, Bobby, Andrew, Nana, my grandma Becky, Tim, Mina and I all went to Bonfante Gardens. The kids had a blast. Mina rode the carousel, the fishy, the cars, the hot air balloons, the train and ran though the splash and squirt and the rock maze.

New Used Clothes

Yesterday Nana, Auntie Theresa and Andrew came over to our house to visit. We played on the playground, went to the library and went shopping at Mango Street Kids, which is a second hand clothing store, while Nana took the kids for shaved ice. I traded some baby clothes that Baby wasn't going to be able to use and used the credit to get Mina a new bathing suit, which is super cute, and a purple shirt with rabbits on it. I only got one little shirt for Baby but we have lots of Mina's old stuff. Plus my friend Alyssa is saving her daughter's clothes for us.

Just a few new pics. Not too much going on here. We had a nice weekend in Gilroy. We spent some time in the pool, Theresa attempted to save some baby birds.

Mina just broke a library DVD and Tim's last class is tonight, so I've got to make dinner.

Mina needs her privacy

Like five seconds ago Mina got out of bed and told Tim she had to go pee pee. So he took her to the bathroom and she pushed him toward the door and said "Daddy out." It was so funny.

Swings

Mina loves the swings. After Tim got off work we took her out for a little while and she had a ball. I've started teaching her a little German and she counted to 10 on the swings today. Her new favorite thing to do on the swings is to hold hands. So I had to hold her hand and swing with her today. yay. Cuz that doesn't hurt my shoulder at all.






Oh and Tim took this nice pic of me looking all crap-tastic and preggo. Thought I'd share it anyways. Oh I have an appointment tomorrow. Nothing exciting they will probably just tell me to stop gaining weight. (I think I've really only gained 5 lbs. since the beginning but we'll find out for sure tomorrow.)

This crazy kid

Okay so Mina is so silly. She went in the bathroom saying "pee pee" by the time I got there to help her she was sitting on the little potty chair bucket even though her potty is set up on the big potty. What the heck was she thinking? At least she didn't pee on the floor. And she want poop in it a little bit too. She usually just goes in her undies.

Bubble fun

Mina and I had a fun but exhausting day. We blew bubbles, watched Little Einsteins, and brainstormed baby names before Daddy came home for lunch. After lunch we went grocery shopping and we went to play with Sarah and Trinity. Trinity and Mina had a fabulous time blowing bubbles in her backyard and playing on the slides. By the time we had to pick up Daddy both girls were all tuckered out.

First Haircut

I finally cut Mina's bangs this morning. I've been putting it off but she really needed it. She was very good and held still so they didn't turn out crooked. And now she can see and we can see her pretty face.

I pulled out some old boxes of baby clothes (sz. nb - 3 mon) and Mina is kinda obsessed with them. She keeps trying to wear the itty bitty clothes. Check out how much she's grown.
